It is the vision of Resource Exchange of America Corporation to become a recycling powerhouse in the USA that is able to handle major asset retirements, and to have international distribution channels for recyclable scrap metal.
Resource Exchange of America Corporation will fulfill its mission by identifying and acquiring companies with proven track records that work within the different stages of the scrap metal recycling value chain.
Resource Exchange of America Corporation will provide its clients with comprehensive asset retirement services of major industrial facilities, buildings, and other structures. The Asset Recovery Divisions will forward the recovered ferrous and nonferrous metals to the sorting yards where it will be shredded, sorted, and baled according to ISRI specifications. The company will strive to be able to recycle as much material from demolition jobs as possible, for the good of the environment, and to provide our clients with a wider range and a greater amount of recovered metals. The company’s processing yards will employ modern technology to better sort and classify the scrap metal, ensuring that more of the scrap can be recovered and reused.
The company’s mission is to acquire asset recovery companies, processing yards and sales and brokering capacity in order to ensure a consistent flow of ferrous and nonferrous scrap metal to meet the demands of both domestic and foreign buyers. By controlling the entire value chain, Resource Exchange of America Corporation will be well positioned for exponential growth in a business that is otherwise very conservative. Moreover, the company will achieve synergies from combining all processes within one company, and will thereby be able to provide better rates, quantity and quality for its buyers, both domestic and foreign.
